Went to a class for the first time today Sunday with Pauline Peralta, and I left extremely happy. I don’t consider myself a yogi, but at least once a week I do a Vinyasa class. This one made me have a beautiful experience. Starting at my arrival, it is a very cozy place, how it’s settled, the smell, everything. At the moment of the practice, Pauline was very very smooth at explaining every position, I didn’t struggle whatsoever to comprehend anything, and again, I don’t even consider myself a pro hahaha. Totally coming back, and definitely deserves a 5 star review!
Female-owned yoga studio. Owners Diana and Olga are so welcoming and so experienced in what they do. The studio provides a variety of classes for all levels including hot yoga, PiYo, barre, Hatha gentle flow yoga (my favorite), etc. Body4Yoga even has a monthly bookclub for yogis who enjoy reading and discussing. This studio really creates a community feel which is something that the more mainstreamed studios can't provide. Go support small, local businesses and visit this gem of a studio. Namaste.
This is such a special yoga studio, the instructors and owners are incredibly kind and supportive. The workouts are top-notch and the guided meditations are incredibly calming. You will find yourself in a better heath and mental space when you join Body4 Yoga.
