I ordered an anniversary arrangement from Bc flower and Event last evening late Friday for delivery today Saturday. (last minute I am located in New Jersey ) and Bertha was wonderful. Accommodating, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The arrangement was spectacular. Delivery was done by 12:00pm and the recipients are ecstatic with the floral arrangement. I highly recommend Bc Flower & Event for your floral needs. You will not be disappointed.
I am so grateful to Alicia. I called on a Sunday for a last minute floral delivery, everyone else was closed or could not do it till Monday. She so kindly took my order, priced it reasonably, and within 3 hours the beautiful flower arrangement was delivered. Thank you Alicia, this is what good customer service is. There was an initial issue when ordering the flower through Door Dash. The company was able to solve the issue before I was able to wake up. They also went out of their way to make sure the flowers were perfect for my girlfriend.
