George was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as well as gave me some good advice on things I had never considered. Overall a great and educational experience. Thanks to the rising cost of home owners insurance, I needed to find a better policy and my insurance agent was on the case. He told me I would need a new wind mitigation and 4 point inspection since it has been more than 5 years since I last had one. They referred me to Lysanny at APC Engineering. I called and she was able to book an inspection for me with Kevin for THE NEXT DAY! That made me happy as I was worried I would have to rearrange my work schedule to make an appointment fit. Kevin arrived in the stated time frame and was very thorough. He explained everything to me as he went along, ensuring me that the report would be ready on Monday. There were no issues during the inspection. Total cost was $150, which can be paid via Zelle, a welcome option as who has checks anymore?! I would recommend them to anyone needing an inspection or appraisal.
