I called with an electrical emergency at 11pm, had no power in my house all day. He answered right away and told me to explain what was happening, once explained he guided me on what to do in order to get my power back. Had called so many people before him and tried contacting fpl and nobody was able to tell me how to fix it.Service: Electrical power restoration
My tenants called me on a Saturday at 4:30pm. Their water heater and A/C did not work. I called Alex, via a simple Google search and took a chance with this company. This man literally showed up 30 minutes later and came equipped and ready to diagnose the problem and provide immediate solution. He also explained to me a few more preventative measures that can be taken in the future.
