“One week after my first session absolutely amazed with results! I had a fall which resulted in tightness and loss of flexibility in part of my spine 10 years ago, and even though I've been going to chiropractors, getting massages very regularly and practicing yoga also very consistently, I am instructor myself with 20 years of experience, over time it led to my hip knee and lower back being so tight that it became painful.
