I'm always calling in the name of my grandpa who owns a company. First off all, when he called there was nobody who spoke Spanish, so he had to put the phone to me. 1 Extra start because they do need the parts we need. However, the one who I spoke to had one of the nasties attitudes. Would say stuff like "This is incredible" or "I can't help you." I believe every place regardless of quality needs employees that are not rude.
