I started doing my taxes with this company in 2016, the first couple of years were great but then came 2020… i had waited more than 3 months for it until I called them and they replied with “we’re sorry we made an error with your application” which was fine because humans do make mistakes and I did receive it towards the end of the year although the whole situation was inconvenient … then 2021 came around and the same thing happened…I was waiting for more than 3 months until I called them and their excuse was “im sorry I haven’t done your taxes yet i forgot because I been too busy”…imagine your waiting for your income tax to come in and then you call...read full review

Horrible experience they left my 2019 return incomplete.then i get a letter from irs about possible fraud w my social security number Had to verify using my taxes from 2018 .Never got my taxes from irs.I sent him a text to see if i can get an extension from him for my 2020 taxes i didnt get a reply

After several failures in trying to do my taxes with other companies who dont care, finally we found the one company that will go an extra mile for us. We waited for a little while to be seen by leonel but I can assure you that It was worth every minute, after he was done with my taxes I can say that I would wait for as long as I need because he takes the time to go in details to make sure that everything is correct and that you get the best results as possible. Thank you we will continue to do our taxes with rivero tax group and leonel from now on. and my whole family as well.
