She is very attentive, detailed, and careful, paying great attention to detail. Customers report perfect manicures with excellent work on cuticles, shape, color, and awesome nail art skills. The space is clean, relaxing, and has an amazing vibe. She is highly recommended as a talented and reliable nail tech who cares deeply about nail health and educates her clients. Her customer service is beyond amazing, making clients feel very special.
I had such a great experience with Merlin! She’s super friendly, professional, and really pays attention to detail. My nails came out perfect — the shape, color, and design were exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and relaxing too. Merlin’s customer service is beyond amazing! It was my first time and my nails were in bad shape, the final results were amazing, just after the first time , and she also educated me about nails health.
