This was the second time that this had occurred and a previous electician had been unable to resolve the problem. Yaul fixed it in 15 minutes. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with the power supply to our tankless water heater. Bates seems a little more expensive than some other firms - but at least in our experience - they were worth every penny.“
