After working on the blueprints for my custom home for several months, I needed a builder so my draftsperson recommended a few builders to contact for the construction. I did contact them all, but after talking with Steve and reviewing the plans with him, I knew he was the builder I wanted to use. Even with the struggles of building during Covid, Steve did a fantastic job of coordinating materials and subs to do the work. He also did some custom woodwork in the home that turned out great and is always asked about, and commented on, when we have visitors. Steve was the primary contractor for our custom home. He was involved from the design, site prep, slab, concrete block, roof, trim, etc. he personally oversaw all aspects of our build. He was knowledgeable and was on site throughout the entire build, which is unusual for contractors today. He has a focused drive and eye for making sure things are done right in every area of the build. He selected and oversaw all the contractors and made sure they not only came through but that the quality of their work was up tho his exacting standard.
