Can not say enough good things about Citrus Hills Grand Living. In my many experiences, residents are treated with the utmost respect and care. Staff are always warm and welcoming. It’s immaculately clean, food is top notch, and it’s just a beautiful location with so much for the residents to do. Terri the Director is someone who leads by example and you can tell genuinely cares about every single resident, employee and overall experience that takes place at her facility.
I have visited with residents on multiple occasions at Grand Living. I have never witnessed anything less than top notch care from the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This just goes to show that Terri is an excellent leader with a wonderful team!
A place to call home, not just for residents but for employees too. I am proud to part of the Grand Living community and hope to enjoy a long lasting career with this company. They truly take care of their employees, I couldn’t be more blessed. The executive director Terri is outstanding she has so much passion and love for her team. I have worked in many ALFs and I have never had an ED like her, thank you for allowing me to be part of your team and believing in my person growth.
