About Citrus Hill Nails
Citrus Hill Nails offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and pleasant staff. They deliver high-quality nail services, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their results. The team goes above and beyond to ensure customer comfort, often exceeding expectations with thoughtful gestures. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, as well as the relaxing atmosphere that makes them feel completely at ease. With their exceptional service, Citrus Hill Nails has earned a loyal customer base, making it a go-to destination for nail care. While many enjoy the services, some reviews mention issues with the pedicure experience, describing it as rushed and lukewarm, with weak massage and water. Concerns have also been raised about cleanliness, as tools are sometimes pulled from a pencil case, wiped with a towel, and reused without clear sanitation. Despite these concerns, the quality of the gel manicure is praised, especially when performed by skilled technicians. A young girl was praised for doing a great job on nails, though her name is unknown. Customers also note that staff are friendly and willing to correct mistakes promptly, showing a focus on customer satisfaction. Overall, Citrus Hill Nails remains popular for those seeking nail care, though some clients prefer other local techs for more consistent results.
Been coming here since they opened many years ago. Diane is the owner and my nail tech. It is a family atmosphere. I love that my appointment times are honored. I have rarely had to wait past my appt time. They are very respectful and take the time to make sure you get what you want. I have been to other nail salons -with an appt - and they set me up for pedicure, feet in water and then come back 30-45 min later to start the pedicure. They knew I could do nothing about it. Not Citrus Nails - they honor appointments. I have had 2 daughters have their bridal parties lovingly taken care of here. I refer many friends here.
2nd time here. Tina gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable about her craft. Her English is very very good. Easy to communicate with about nail issues. She was friendly and a true professional. Thank you Tina, I will return after.
Work was sloppy around the cuticle and shaping on natural nails was not good. Had to ask for base coat to be corrected bc she had literally done one stripe down the center of my pinky and missed the sides on other fingers. Top coat is so thin on some fingers i can feel the glitter through it, i felt like asking if they were rationing top coat. Weak massage and lukewark water for the pedicure. Not sure if tools are being sanitized either, nippers and file were pulled out of a pencil case, wiped with my used towel, and put right back. The lady was very nice, and i know certain people are better than others, but not worth it if you're risking having dirty tools used on you....read full review
