Bell's Barbers is a wonderful place to get a haircut. The barbers are very kind, take great care, and know what they are doing. They do a good job and are pretty quick. The price is $12 for a regular haircut. Sometimes there is a little wait as they may only have one barber. Customers say they will be back.
