MI Homes builds some of the prettiest homes, and I would like to add that if anyone is looking to buy a home anywhere in Central, FL, definitely call Licensed Realtor - Tanecia Buckner - She can get buyers even more cash incentives on their home purchases by giving buyers an additional $3K to reimburse for closing costs or moving expenses. 813-753-1492. A home purchase is a huge investment, so why not work with a Realtor who will at least give you something back in return?

Worst builder ever in the Orlando area, they did a terrible job specially with the HVAC and they didn’t respond under the warranty to fix their design errors. Their contractor Mills Air are as bad as them, their manager’s are a joke.

One of the worse customer service experiences I've had. In my opinion, the use of inexpensive contractors and the lack of care from some of their associates caused us to have issues from beginning to end and now while under warranty. I would not recommend using them for something as precious as your new home.
