J & S Accounting and Tax

J and s tax has terrible customer service. I've been a client for 10 years and I can't get a call back about tax questions. I've called and left messages. Once to voicemail during business hours and the other messages I left with a secretary about a week later. It's now been 2 weeks without a reply. I agree with the other commenter, William Ramsey has shown anger issues at times and has made it difficult to work with J and S. I had questions a few years back. Ramsey scheduled an appointment. I came in, we talked for a few. Then like a month later I got a bill. I wasn't made aware of any charges before the bill came in. Just surprise! Unprofessionaly passive aggressive. Very odd interaction. I visited in January and discussed the potential of J&S preparing my tax return. I never followed up and neither did they from what I remember. At any rate there was never any commitment from either party. They phoned on April 15th while I was on a business trip in the UK. I let them know that I already filed with my apologies. What followed was what I can only be described as a scoff. It has been awhile since I have had a good scoff directed at me...so Bravo. Then he just hung up. Add angry man.

Well all I will say is they are just not good at what they do. Customer service is not good. quality of services provided very poor. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone to ever use them. How they stay in business blows my mind!
