First, I don't really post about all the services that I use from different contractors, but Hank's AC Service out of Hawthorne, Florida is amazing they were referred to me by my cousin who has who has done business with them in the past which made me feel comfortable about using them!
It's a local family-owned veteran business & they've been serving Alachua County since 1981! Thomas one of their sons came out to diagnose my AC System. He's a great service tech...He checked everything & determined that a squirrel might've chewed through the low voltage wiring in the attic because the outside unit was receiving the high voltage signal, but not the voltage signal.

Fantastic job! Honest and quick! I won’t use anyone else in this area.
Excellent service, had to come back a second time (no one answered the door) and only charged the one time. Replaced thermostat & checked unit.
