These owners are on. Site first hand and very accountable for their progress. If you want a someone that truly cares and completes the project with a sparkling pool….LOOK NO FURTHER than Brandon. Barthlow is the best and I looked and researched 4 months before hiring them.
They literally beat my expectation to be done by date by 3 weeks. Thats the true integrity of Barthlow. GET IT DONE……
Good luck if you hire others they will run you over that lint and more trust me I’ve seen it from friends.

They changed my rental house pool liner and installed an LED color changing light and built a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen complete with pavers and landscape lighting. Cliff and Brandon are experienced guys with great design ideas. Highly suggest.Services: Fiberglass swimming pool construction
They replaced our pool liner and did a very good job. There was an issue with problems I was having with the liner lock which I discussed with one of the employees. I wanted it replaced. I was told that he didn't feel it needed to be replaced, but if within the one year warranty there were any issues, they would come back and replace it at no charge. Lesson No. 1, get everything promised in writing. After 7 months, a 3-4 foot piece of the lock liner came out, which I repaired myself. When I called to inform them, they did come out, hammered the lock liner in around the pool and told me it did not need to be replaced. Unfortunately, I know this will continue to happen because it was occurring before they replaced the liner. Important lesson which I knew better, get everything promised in writing. As business professionals ourselves, we know that a lack of honesty and integrity never bring forth lasting success. It's wonderful when businesses do a good job of building and repairing, but when the job is completed and a warranty is in place, the follow up is just as important!
