If I could leave zero star, I would.
Dr. Moya was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I have never met a doctor like this. During my visit, we encountered a disagreement regarding my condition that escalated to an unacceptable level.
Dr. Moya became rude, and he ended up screaming at me, causing me considerable distress. He has no empathy or care for his patients. Despite eventually agreeing to conduct necessary lab tests, the situation took a turn for the worse. After waiting for 45 minutes, Dr. Moya had not fulfilled the order for the essential tests, leaving me without the medical attention we had discussed.

I have been going to this office since 2016, however, the services and care has been deteriorating. This past July, my husband and I got Covid19 and our symptoms were pretty bad, so we called to see if we could get a prescription to help relive our symptoms. They were more interested in the $25 copay than our actual health. The doctor called and he was rushing us, not even giving us time to explain how we were feeling. The doctor didn't' even spoke English. After the call, he said he was going to prescribe us like 3 different meds that would help . However, the prescriptions were never send to the pharmacy. New patient visit today and there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this practice. What a great group of medical professionals that took care of my every need. Oana Ciurea P-A listened to me! She was caring and compassionate and gave me hope that I will get through my health struggles. Her tech was knowledgeable and professional. I was apprehensive about leaving my PCP, but I wasn’t close to him any longer an it wasn’t a one stop shop, where I can do my labs and other test there, which really makes it so much easier and expedites everything. So, i choose this group and I couldn’t be more happy with the care that I got from the time I entered the building... read full review
