The therapeutic massages offered are highly recommended, especially the hot stone massage, which many find incredibly relaxing. Carla and Shawn, the therapists, are praised for their skill and ability to tailor each massage to the individual’s needs, applying just the right amount of pressure. In addition to massages, Heed Spa offers a clean and tastefully designed environment, with a complimentary sauna that adds to the relaxing experience. The staff, from therapists to front desk, create a warm, family-like atmosphere that keeps many visitors returning. Hands-down the best therapeutic spa experience I have had. David is the only therapist I trust to heal my aches and pains. As an osteopath and physiotherapist, he is highly knowledgeable in the muscle tissue and bones of the body. And that knowledge translates into a very healing, therapeutic experience during each session. He has been able to fix what chiropractors only made worse. I am so lucky to have found him and Heed Spa! Michele, a master esthetician with 15+ years of experience, will treat you to one of the most relaxing and thorough facials you have ever had. As the general manager, she also goes out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful experience and leave the spa satisfied and rejuvenated. Oh, and did I mention how beautiful the spa is? Beachfront, ocean-view oasis with private beach, cabanas, loungers, a second-story terrace overlooking the ocean, plus food and drink service. Heed Spa is a must for a relaxing spa retreat!
