Well, I told Frank of my issue and he directed me to how to go about fixing my computer myself. Who does that!?? At Frank's behest, I paid a mere 20 bucks for the part I needed and watched a video on how to do the repair and...SUCCESS. Thanks to Frank!

I called them with an emergency problem with my computer. Frank was very fast with trying to solve my problem through guiding me to do things . After figuring out that the the computer needs to be taking for check up , he sent his tech quickly for a pick up and by the next morning my computer was working and even better. Very kind service, the price was very fair. Overall great experience and will use them from now on! 10 stars! Huge thank you to Frank and Hugo for great service
