I had to change my doctor, after my insurance changed, so I wandered into Conviva Hallandale, after being advised by my friend. From that day , about a month ago , all my transactions have been 5 star! The front desk was all helpful and very friendly! Rosie drew my blood and seriously I barely felt it. The best ever ! Dr Castillo is my doctor and I felt very comfortable . She did not push tests etc on me to take and listened to my needs!

Front desk clerck very rude and disrespectfull,phlebotomist doesn't tell patient what labs is been drawn and gets upset when you ask, there's definetly room for improvement.
