My usual shoe repair shop closed down so I googled blindly for another one and stumbled upon this one. My steve madden sneaker's tongue somehow became unstitched and they are my favorite shoes that I wanted to wear for thanksgiving. With no hesitation Michael fixed it in literally less than 5 minutes. He saved my beautiful shoe and I am so thankful and pleased with the work. I will be sure to come back.
I am very pleased with the service done by Michael , especially shoe repair and my jewelry repair. Every time I visit his store I feel a great care from him.
I don’t believe that he did some bad job for which he got a bad review ( competitors or really bad people are happy to write a bad review instead of coming and asking to redo something you don’t like. If you never did it - then your bad review is intentional)
