I’ve had really good experiences at Centrum Health overall—the clinic is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly, which makes visits a lot less stressful.
But I especially want to mention Yudalys, the medical assistant, because she made me feel comfortable right away, was very kind, and took her time to listen without making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on.
It’s not always easy to find someone in healthcare who is both professional and genuinely caring, but Yudalys is definitely one of those people. She made a big difference in my visit, and I truly appreciate her.
