These guys are awesome, at no fault of theirs, I was running behind to pick up my trailer for a cross country trip. I had so many last minute things to do that I was going to actually arrive at their place after their business hours and after explaining my situation, they were so accommodating. While I was finishing up inside they had another guy outside hooking me up. They even helped me move some of my cargo to the trailer. Another cool thing was that they are a multi service company, they have many different talents. The service that Steve provided was very awesome. He was friendly, fast with great customer service skills. My original price was $1,854 at a different location but uhaul called and switched my reservation. When I came in he gave me the price of $2,200 which was way more than the original. He was able to get my price down $200. After checking out, he went about and beyond to make sure that I was good to go. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment.
Steve was awesome! I’m aware I didn’t make a reservation so when I arrived all the trucks were reserved or gone. Steve was nice enough to locate me a truck last minute. I didn’t expect that. He made the pick up easy and I would definitely come again and again
