Just purchased the home and AC stopped blowing cold air. I assumed it was the capacitor. Called Watts and they were out a few hours later that day. The tech diagnosed it as the capacitor and walked me through what was wrong with it. He also noted that the pressure was high on the liquid side. He pulled all the panels and gave the coils a good cleaning. Runs great now. Very informative and answered all my questions along the way. Would highly recommend Watts to anyone.
Xavier and Lee with Watts AC worked tirelessly all day to install my new AC system but continued to smile no matter how hot it got! Cannot say enough about Watts and their entire team (Terence and John too) who are professional understanding and the most helpful with any questions I had!
