Joe repaired my laptop. The keyboard had failed and he ordered and installed a new keyboard. Great fix at a reasonable price and he did all this in 2 days! I highly recommend What the Tech! Thanks Joe!!
Joe saved my ass in short order! My Mac went into a death spiral with my entire life on it, and even though he doesn’t typically work on Macs, (bc Mac has made it nearly impossible), he gave it a try. By the next day, he had everything back to normal! Not sure what he did, but I don’t care! He was friendly, efficient, and very reasonable with the price. Highly recommend!
2024 edit: As always, I'm beyond happy with this place. Thank you Joe for taking the time to explain what was wrong and what will fix it, and for the very reasonable diagnostic fee. :)
Original ~2019 review: I've never had anything but good experiences with this place! They've repaired a broken laptop for me and attempted to fix a bootlooping LG G3 (unfortunately, there was no fix for that at the time) even while I was unable to physically talk to someone on the phone (there was a lot of email communication). I'll always think of them first before anywhere else when I have tech issues!
