I brought my MacBook Air in after it was stuck on a black safe start screen. I tried everything to troubleshoot myself with no luck. I was happy to get my laptop back the same day, even though the files had to be wiped. The price was fair and work was excellent!
We had used them before. They were quick and we were charged very little. Recently, my laptop would not turn on so I ran it up there. He looked at it right away, did a couple things and turned it on. I guess my brand of laptop doesn't like sleep mode. He explained about closing it before it is completely off. Not good. He charged me NOTHING. He didn't have to do that. But I was extremely thankful!
I highly recommend What the Tech for computer repairs! I work remotely and my Dell laptop locked up and rebooting did not help. I was on my way to purchase a new laptop but stopped at What the Tech first to see if they could help. I was told that they could fix it and sure enough, later that afternoon I picked it up and it has been working fine ever since! It was definitely worth the $79 that I paid! Thanks Joe!!!
