Premiere Termite is an excellent company! I feel like I can 100% tell you that because we had an issue with our service and how a company reacts to a problem is what separates a good business from a great one. I was quoted a price for a slab pretreatment over the phone. The Tech came out, did a great job and was super nice! When I called to pay I was give a different price, and told I was quoted incorrectly. I paid it and was rather unhappy. Once upper management heard of the mixup they promptly called to explain where things went wrong. The price I was quoted was honored and a refund was given. Eric Teer from Premier installed our new sentricon bait stations and did our annual inspection. We were pleased with the service. Eric was very polite and the work was done well and completed quickly.
Eric was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained how the Sentricon system worked and showed me what he looked for in the bait holders. He performed a whole house visual inspection before checking the outside. I felt that he was very thorough.
