Absolutely the worst! If you want to pay top dollar for a green pool, hire Tom! He may show up for like 5 minutes and throw in sub par chemicals. Maybe if you're lucky, he'll actually scrub and vacuum the pool like once a month despite paying for twice weekly service but he'll forget to empty the filter baskets. Otherwise, he will forget to show up or come up with all sorts of excuses akin to "the dog ate my homework" on why he wasn't able to make it. You want scheduled days? forget about it! We built a pool at our property on Pensacola Beach that was completed in March 2019 and hired Tom, as he came highly recommended through the pool builder, to maintain the pool during summer rentals. Our mistake. We stayed at our property twice during the summer and the pool was not vacuumed either week and we added water to the pool both weeks as well. We also heard through our rental company that guests complained that they had either 1. not seen the pool guy all week or 2. the pool was not cleaned during their stay.
