Absolute scam artists. Book with massage envy at your own risk. They will always find a way to charge you money whether service is provided or not and they work under the mentality that they are always right and the customer has no choice but to comply. BEWARE. This is the second time in less than two months that I have been charged for services that were never received.

Mohammed has been my massage therapist for 14yrs. In those 14 yrs I haven’t seen anyone else. He is the only massage therapist that I know that gives a deep tissue therapeutic athletic massage. Since I have been seeing him I haven’t had anymore injures. Thank you Mo you are amazing.

Legitimately one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. Didn't complain because the massage was a gift from a friend with a membership and I didn't want to cause employees trouble at the holidays. The masseuse had jagged fingernails that she kept digging into my skin -- when I pointed out this was painful she said she had just cut them and there was nothing she could do (completely overlooking the idea that most massages by anyone with proper training do not employ fingernails). At other points she applied a crazy amount of pressure in really odd areas (for instance, not quite understanding the difference between "neck" and "throat.") full review
