Working with Dave was a completely positive experience. He took our wants and needs and was able to translate it to several properties that met our requirements. He was able to highlight several items that were not obvious from the listing and worked diligently to facilitate our closing. We were making the purchase from out of town and were not able to be at the property for all of the required functions, but Dave took the time to handle the tasks and clearly communicated the process to us. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking in the greater Pensacola area and would rely on him again if needed.
