They also do better maintenance on their annual maintenance for the gold package ceramic coating than other places. Highly recommend this place.
Edit & Advice: After a frustrating ordeal, Black Diamond’s new owner helped resolve my warranty issue with Ceramic Pro. I paid out of pocket for part of the labor, but Andrea’s customer service and dedication to resolving the issue earned 4 stars. If you go with Ceramic Pro, verify your warranty is active via text/email before leaving any Ceramic Pro shop. Do not rely solely on a physical warranty book. Otherwise, I recommend considering XPEL instead.

After reading one of the other reviews, I feel compelled to say that my experience was DRAMATICALLY different. My purchase at Black Diamond and the results both exceeded expectations.
The picture that you see is of a 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance.
I took it to Black Diamond to do minor paint correction, ceramic coating and front (driver & passenger) window tint to match.
The price was reasonable and the work timely. Andrea was great to explain the work that was to be done, guided me to the lower cost Silver Ceramic Pro package (with free annual inspection), and recommended the percentage of tint (20%).

I had to take my headlight to get it restored and it came out really good I was really happy with the customer service. Andrea helped me with the restore and when I dropped it off at night it was done the following more I was really impressed
