My experience at Sankofa was an out of this world adventure. The peace the serenity and the individual attention was key to the benefits I personally enjoyed while visiting Sankofa. Also, my diagnosis was high blood pressure and diabetes. Dr. Gamble began the program with a cleanse and a different diet. I was on high blood pressure meds and diabetes meds. At the end of the eighth day cleanse with plenty of exercise, rest and meditation, I was able to get off all the meds I was taking. My labs indicated that I was in excellent health at my age. I give Dr. Gamble. Triple A + rating.

My blood sugar was dangerously high recently, resulting in a 4 day hospital stay, insulin shots and all types of meds. I was released with no instructions as to how to survive my medical ordeal. All I had was bottles of pills and a card with a Dr. Appointment 2 weeks away.
