Needed a manicure and acrylic full set and that's exactly what I received. Was it perfect - heck no. Would I return, 50/50. I came here because my gps routed me over. From the outside there was almost no cars in the parking lot. I walk in and three women are inside. No one even gets up when I enter. I would say they were on a lunch break but it was after 5pm. The customer service is lacking to say the least. I felt bubbly and bright so I pick out yellow nail polish from the wall and decided to add a dash of with glitter on one nail. The mood of the tech was the complete opposite. Salon was erry quiet besides thew news blasting from the tv. I keep a simple square shape nail. But I left with every nail was given it's own share. The yellow nail polish was much lighter out the bottle (probably because they thin it out with acetone). It' streaked so bad the tech decides to add glitter on top without asking. Nope, not at all what I requested but it could have been worse. Skill of technician was basic. Place is average.
I have been coming here for the 10 years that I moved to Florida. I am very happy with the service and they are super clean. Kim has been going a superb job each time. I would recommend them without hesitation,
Excellent service, fair prices. It's best to make an appointment, but walk-ins are always graciously accommodated. Owner Tammy is always present and does a great job (does she ever take a day off??)
