Been here 26 years and have not had any major issues with the exception on the new parking rules. They are targeting certain cars and not others. It’s not fair at all. Been promised the pool to be open for months and months. Mind you an amenity that we are PAYING for. Still no pool and summer is half way over! Other than that, not too much to complain about.

I love living here. It has a beautiful park like setting. Super excited about the sidewalk being installed near my house. This is an old neighborhood and its been kept up nicely. The neighbors are all very considerate. The 300 a month for HOA fees are nothing considering it covers the insurance on the exterior of the home and amenities. My only complaint is there should be a limit on rentals in the community, only because homeowners obviously care more about the neighborhood than most renters.
