I first found Peter at Palm Beach siding several months ago. I couldn’t Decide on Hardi Board siding because of the expense. I thought stucco would be better, so I got other contractor opinions, but kept coming back to the Hardi Board. Peter patiently answered all my questions. Peter is clearly an expert in Broward County codes and explained all the challenges of putting hardy board over a CMU home. Details such as 2x4 PT furring strip requirements which create all sorts of challenges for windows and door openings.
No wonder he is a certified Hardy Board contractor! He wanted this pretty big job, but he was like… Val - lots of issues with Broward county.
