“Amazing! We are so grateful to everyone at Canyon Eyecare! We have a formal event to attend and my teen daughter lost her glasses. Last minute. Friday at 4pm. I desperately headed to Walgreens for otc readers BUT INSTEAD SAW CANYON as I entered the shopping plaza. I took a risk and went inside (did not call ahead). The BEST DECISION EVER! They were helpful, kind and accomidating to all of our needs and BEST PART EVER - We have lux, designer custom fit frames with my daughter's prescription in them... all done in under an hour! I am speechless and beyond grateful! My daughter will now be able to experience a fantastic evening with the family; she looks so lovely dressed up and wearing her new glasses! Thank you!“

“One October morning I accidentally splashed bleach in my left eye. I have never felt pain like that. After flushing my eye, I could no longer take the burning. I asked my wife to find an eye doctor who would take me right now. The first call she made was to Eye & Ear of the Palm Beaches. They said to come in right now we got you don't worry. As soon as we arrived my wife started to fill out some paperwork, however, I heard a voice say not to make him wait and directed them to put me in a room. My eyes were tightly closed so they guided me to a chair where the Doctor told me to put my head back he put a few drops in my eye & seconds later the pain was gone & I was looking directly into the eyes of my savor, Dr. Richard Cohen. I needed to go to the emergency room so he made the call himself to make sure they would be waiting for me and they already knew what was going on, which saved us so much time. The next day the good doctor Richard Cohen called my home to check up on me. I was not home because I was better. Thank you, Dr. Cohen.“

“Both Dr. Mark & Dr. Brandee are lovely humans...true "good guy" community leaders, but they are also leaders from the perspective of their practice. I had major eye problems for a year and had gone to numerous doctors. I ran into the Marciano's at a Suits For Seniors non-profit event, and Brandee said she could fix me up if I came to see her. I was skeptical based on my numerous 'other' expert visit failures, but trusted her. Every other Doc I went to just said, "hot compresses", whereas she put me on a whole in-depth regimen. A month later, my eyes look and feel 100% better and I am thankful to and for her care, that was above and beyond 'the rest'. I would also note the entire staff is lovely and 'likeable'. In this day and age, it is not often you find someone who is not only notably competent in their expertise, but trustworthy and a good person generally. I recommend her and the Marciano team, highly.“
