I am so thankful for the staff of Russell Haven. Diana was such a delight to work with. Death and grief is sometimes complex. But having a kind and experienced funeral home made everything so much easier. They treated my loved one with dignity and respect from the beginning all the way to the end. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. While a funeral home isn’t something you want to be a repeat customer at, I know if I need them again, I will use them- no question! Thank you again, Diana. You’ll ever know how much your kindness helped my family.
I can't say enough about the staff at Russell Haven of Rest and their caring demeanor. When a loss occurs it is stressful and emotional. Russell Haven did a wonderful job at stepping through the process with me and helping me with all of the details in scheduling a memorial. I want to thank Russell Haven for making my family feel comforted during this time of loss.
I cannot say enough about them! My father passed 2 1/2 weeks ago and they are nothing but helpful & compassionate. They made the funeral arrangements easy for my mom. Jeff, Anna, Diane, Jerry & Sue are definitely comfort during a storm! ♥️
