I had a controversial experience with River CPA. Long story short: I went to them on 2022 to get some much needed help with my taxes in a very difficult time of our life as a family. Someone at the office made some mistakes (which it happens). I was very frustrated and sad for a while. Today I received a phone call from Stan, not only they are going to send me a refund but also he truly and sincerely apologized for everything that I went through and what happened. Yes, sometimes things don’t go perfect but apologies go a long way, and trust can be definitively restored.
I thank Stan and Betty for always being there to guide us thru the tax process. They respond to our every question immediately and always with a smile on their face. They have been doing all our tax work for several years both business and personal and I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a professional and competent team!

I needed my taxes professionally done for the first time this year. I was unfamiliar with the process. Although it didn't play out exactly as I expected, I would recommend Stan and his team without any hesitation.
