I just wanted to share my appreciation with this company. Dwayne was great, he made sure we were taken care of and our AC got fixed for a reasonable price. He was always on time and great with communication. Thank you so much for all of your help. I will be referring anyone who needs AC work to your company!
So glad we called Air Excel for a second opinion on our failing AC blower motor! The other company quoted us over $1000 for an hour of labor on a warranteed part! Air Excel gave us an estimate over the phone (we had the model number of the part), came out the same day and went above and beyond on cleaning the rest of the unit. All for less than half the cost!! Wonderful company that is our new go-to for repairs and service!
These guys are the best! Came out to do my semiannual maintenance. Next day I reported an issue. They came back immediately to fix this issue. No charge. They are an honest company with excellent customer service.
