We were so impressed with Sandy and her knowledge of flooring. We also loved that she gave thoughtful guidance and was not the least bit pushy. She was so patient with us as this was a big investment in our home. She gave us the pros and cons of various flooring and was even helpful in finding flooring people to assist us in putting the floors in. I cannot say enough about her and this company! We loved seeing other companies besides the basics and at better price points. We ended up going with LVP because that fits our lifestyle. My wife and I had visited several other flooring stores, leaving with a sense of either reluctance or dissatisfaction. Then my wife discovered A1. The representative Sandy was profoundly helpful with picking the perfect tile and mosaic for our floor and fireplace, respectively. She also recommended some installers, one of which we eventually selected to perform the installation. She proactively kept in contact with us and the installer to ensure every detail was addressed, including the proper grout line width per the tile manufacturer warranty requirements. Sandy is very impressive. I look forward to doing business with her again with future projects.

Absolutely satisfied with the customer service and attention to my order from Brittany and Sandy. They took the time to help me select the perfect tiles and we're updating me every step of the way on shipment times and arrivals. To extend even more of their customer service they followed up with me after all items were received to check in and see how the project was going and that all materials were good to go. Will definitely return for our next flooring project. Thank you both so much.
