It had been so long since I've seen my own smile. This Dr. Managed to do what I thought was impossible and that was made me feel like I was beautiful again. I had been in so much pain to the point where I lost weight during my last pregnancy because it hurt so bad to eat. Even though nothing went as planned. Allow me to elaborate. I had an 8am appointment for full extractions I was supposed to get there they put an iv in my arm and I was supposed to take a nap and then they remove the teeth and I wake up and go home and 6 weeks later I was supposed to get my new teeth. Only that's not the way it went down. When I got there they prepped me for everything and when it came to the iv not one person in the office could properly get an iv established so I was left with a choice I could leave and make a new appointment with a different dentist and God only knows how much longer I would have to wait again. So I put my big girl pants on and said screw it I'm already here he promised he wouldn't hurt me the only difference would be I'd have to do the tops and then 6weeks later I'd have to come back and do the bottoms. He kept his promised once the novocain was in I never felt him again and 45 minutes later I was on my way to the pharmacy to get pain pills. 12 weeks after I had the prettiest smile I've ever had. I'm very happy with my dentures. Thanks doc
Love love love this dentist office there are so sweet I went in one day for my root canal that my regular dentist referred to me to them and dr ponce finished my root canal and then at the end he told me I have some cavity’s and that I needed to tellMy dentist I had some cavities and you know what he really didn’t have to tell me that so I ended up switching over this office and he filled my cavities and he did both in one day , see anywhere else would’ve done one filing each visit to charge insurance but he knows I live far and did it in one day I highly Recommend!!! Staff is great and they make you feel comfortable
I just brought my 2 children to mapledale dentistry for the first time. We received great treatment and they both had a pleasant experience. More importantly the staff made my kids feel comfortable and so did Dr Ponce. He was very thorough and friendly. We have found our permanent Dental care office and are thrilled!
