Great service from the staff who answered the phone to Don who did the AC service. He arrived on time, answered all of our questions and did a great job. Reasonably priced and we’ll definitely be using their services annual.

My air conditioner went out a couple of weeks ago. The company I originally bought it from had sold due to owner retirement. Called the folks that bought it. I was told it would cost $2,000 to fix it or between $7,000-$16,000 for a new unit. Called another company for a quote. Guy came over, talked about discounts but he never gave a quote. Said he’d email the quote, never got it. Called Ken Hope. They came over said the blower went and he’d replace it for under $1,000. (A few hundred under $1,000). 42 degrees and raining did not stop Ken Hope AC from arriving on time and installing a brand new 3 ton unit at my house. Been using Ken Hope since I moved here in 1999 and they have always provided top notch service and sales at great prices. Very responsive. Ken contacted me directly and set me up with just what I needed to get my flood water damaged unit replaced and raised to protect against future floods. Ken's crew was on-site within two days and had all work completed in less than one day.
