Tutti is incredibly talented, especially when it comes to reds, balayages, and treatments. She’s done my red color for years, gave me a shaggy/wolf cut that I absolutely loved, and whether she styles my hair curly or gives me a blowout, I always leave obsessed with the results.

What sets her apart is how much she cares. She always takes the time to walk you through the process, gives honest advice, and makes sure you’re getting what’s best for your hair. On top of that, she’s funny, genuine, and consistently delivers high-quality work.

Today I had a root touch up and partial highlights done. What a beautiful salon - upscale atmosphere with modern work stations that were all full and very busy. The shampoo bowls and chairs were the most comfy I've ever been in. The front desk greeting was friendly and welcoming. Everyone in the salon had a smile or a positive greeting. Kristell is part of the Rising Star program that is offered at Monaco Salon, which helps new professionals continue to learn from working professionals. She and I had a great conversation about what i was looking for in my hair color experience. She listened closely and asked great questions. She had a conversation with her mentor that didn't require them to include me, she spoke with Kristell and let her proceed as advised. That indicates the level of confidence they have in their Rising Star professionals. My hair turned out perfect and the colors that I wanted. I left Monaco Salon feeling happy and beautiful.
