About Wildflowers Yoga
Wildflowers Yoga & Healing Collective is a welcoming space that focuses on heart-centered and inclusive yoga experiences. The studio has become a cherished place for many, with a variety of classes and workshops, including yin, hatha, vinyasa flows, and unique offerings like ecstatic dances and sound baths. Attendees appreciate the evolution of the studio, noting the growth of its Karmi Yogi program and the warm relationships formed with staff and fellow members. Wildflowers Yoga is a sanctuary where individuals can rejuvenate and connect with their true selves. Many return regularly to release life's stresses and deepen their understanding of yoga. Wildflowers has been a source of connection to Self and slowing down along my yoga journey. I appreciate the variety of offerings that feel accessible to all levels. I have attended workshops, breathwork ceremonies, and numerous classes and felt welcomed and supported by their teachers and staff. This studio has the small-town Gainesville vibe, where you see people you know and, at the same time, meet new friends along the way. I am grateful for this healing space.
A true third place, Wildflowers offers an inclusive and dynamic space full of loving kindness. I love both the variety of classes (yin, hatha, multiple vinyasa flows, sound baths) as well as unique workshops (prema, book/poem club, cacao ceremonies). The staff and members are excited to be there and I love practicing with them!
Wildflowers is an excellent studio filled with soothing and challenging classes as needed. All the classes and instructors are excellent. Some of my favorites are Kate’s Tuesday Radiant flow class, Brian’s Alignment flow class, & Theresa’s Yin Yoga class. Don’t forget to try Saturday’s Prema breathwork class! That is truly a unique experience.
