Aside from taking a little longer than predicted (clutch replacement), my experience was very positive. Quote electronically itemized additional services so I was able to better judge whether to tackle it myself. ?

I brought my car to werkshop as a referral from a friend and after meeting some of the team at a cars and coffee event. I had previously taken my car to another euro shop and was taken aback at their pricing.
That being said, my experience at werkshop has been great! Super friendly and helpful staff, great pricing IMO for the work being done, and it seems like care is being taken with my car as well. Only reason it's not a 5 star rating was that I called for a quote and never heard back, so had to call again a few days later and everything was handled smoothly from there.

Wekshop49 recently installed a tow hitch on my SUV. The hidden hitch they recommended turned out to be great. It does the job when I need it, and nicely tucked away when not in use. The hitch was installed on time and at a good price. They were also very open with the timeline and the cost- excellent customer service, and no surprises !!! I am very happy with the product and the service I received. I highly recommend them.
