Dayne is terrific! (So is Vulcan.) If, for whatever reason (age, weight, etc.), you're reluctant to start working out, don't be. Vulcan is a no-judgment zone, and Dayne (and the others) will always make you feel welcome.

She is very professional, committed to your success, creates workouts specific to your needs and abilities and adaptable to specific situations. My experience with her is everything I could have ever imagined and beyond!

Dayne is an excellent personal trainer who genuinely cares and has consistently gone above and beyond in helping me work towards my fitness goals. She is a great motivator too and has been helping me to stick to my workout routines. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive personal trainer!
