My husband and I have rented from university rentals for the last 4 years, and we just renewed our lease. They have been wonderful to work with. The place was spotless when we moved in, they come for regular inspections, and they are always immediately responsive when something needs to be repaired. I love working with Matt is awesome, he always communicates well and let us know if someone is coming to the property. I would.

As a mom of 2 gators and 8 years of leasing in Gainesville, I have definitely learned a lot. I had to compliment Oxford Terrace as being the best of all the places in Gainesville. The location, the size of condos, parking and price was great. Our experience with the leasing office and maintenance was effortless. I highly recommend Oxford Terrace.
I lived at Oxford Terrace II for three years, and of all the places I lived in Gainesville during my undergrad and grad schooling, this was hands down the best complex, but beyond that, the best leasing office/team I have ever dealt with. I know this goes beyond just how they respond to and assist those at my complex, but to their other many properties they manage as I have two friends in different townhomes or buildings under UF rentals spread across GNV.
