I just wanted to leave a review about the customer service of this facility. I have been struggling trying to find a provider for very specific serial casting. This facility is one I called after MANY others as I’m local to Orlando. Brian, the site manager took my call and went above and beyond to help me. He advised he had patients until noon so it would be in the afternoon when I’d hear back. He returned my call by 12:50, with answers and I was successfully put in contact with a facility who can help me! Brian not only had to take my call, he could’ve said no and hung up, but he didn’t. Brian is by far the best therapist I have been to. I have seen 5 different therapists at 5 different places in Gainesville and I am so pleased with this place and with the skill and knowledge that Brian has. He is absolutely getting me back on my feet after a traumatic failed hip replacement surgery. Do not waste your time going anywhere else in Gainesville. And request Brian! 😊😊
