After I updated my laptop, it stopped charging. In a panic, I raced to the nearest Apple store, which happened to be the only Apple center in Gainesville. Nonetheless, these men worked tirelessly to get my laptop back within a business week. I am so incredibly grateful for James and Markus for their incredible work! I look forward to picking my laptop tomorrow morning!!!
